Ridgeline is hiring a Lead International Trading Support Analyst to manage front-office support and client escalations for international markets. This is a fully remote position available to candidates located in the USA who can commit to the required Sunday-Thursday evening schedule.
In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert for Ridgeline's investment management platform, working directly with Portfolio Managers and traders to resolve technical issues and data integrations. The position requires a deep understanding of financial industry file formats and the ability to partner with global engineering teams to ensure operational continuity across APAC and EMEA time zones.
