GitLab is seeking a Senior Program Manager based in Poland to lead complex, cross-functional technology and AI initiatives within their Enterprise Technology organization.

This role serves as a strategic partner to IT leadership, translating complex objectives into actionable roadmaps while operating at the intersection of Finance, Legal, and Product. You will manage the full lifecycle of high-complexity projects, ensuring cross-functional alignment and governance in a fully remote, async-first environment.
