GitLab is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and launch execution for their Product & Technical Marketing organization, utilizing AI-driven workflows.

In this high-autonomy role, you will architect the operating model for product launches and cross-functional programs by integrating AI agents to streamline coordination and decision-making. You will work closely with Product Management, Design, and Growth Marketing to ensure strategic alignment and measurable business impact, reporting directly to the VP of Product & Technical Marketing.
