SupportYourApp is hiring a part-time remote Customer Support Consultant fluent in Swedish and English to provide support via email and phone.

The role requires managing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and escalating complex issues according to established service level agreements. Candidates must work a fixed schedule of 9 AM to 1 PM GMT+2, Monday through Friday, in a multicultural, remote-first environment.
