Supabase is hiring a Technical Account Management (TAM) Leader to oversee their global TAM function, manage account portfolios, and lead a distributed team. This is a fully remote, worldwide leadership role.

The TAM Leader will balance individual contribution with team coaching, owning the coverage model for over 120 accounts and partner-mapped relationships. You will define technical escalation paths, ensure consistent account health across the team, and act as the primary bridge between technical customer needs and Supabase's product/engineering organization.
