NICE is seeking an AI Transformation Strategist to bridge enterprise strategy and hands-on AI agent development for US-based clients. This fully remote role focuses on driving transformation programs and building intelligent agent experiences for enterprise-level customers.
The AI Transformation Strategist will partner with VP and Director-level leaders to define transformation roadmaps and execute AI-first programs. You will move fluidly between high-level advisory and the technical building of conversational AI agents, ensuring alignment across CX, Operations, and Technology departments. The role requires a blend of management consulting expertise and deep technical knowledge of contact center platforms to deliver measurable business outcomes.
