GitLab is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join their AI Engineering team, focusing on building event platforms and trigger systems for AI-powered workflows.

This role involves architecting high-availability systems within a large Ruby/Rails monolith to link GitLab and third-party events to AI-powered Duo Flows. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in an asynchronous, remote-first environment, while participating in Tier 2 and Tier 3 on-call rotations.
