GitLab is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead their self-serve growth journey across trial, activation, and conversion for candidates based in Canada or the USA.

This remote role focuses on optimizing the end-to-end self-serve experience by leveraging product data and experimentation. You will partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to define and execute roadmap initiatives that drive acquisition and monetization. The position requires a highly independent, pragmatic professional with a strong technical background in software deployment and growth frameworks.
