Fresh Prints is looking for a hands-on Inside Sales Manager to build and coach a high-performing sales team in a 100% remote environment aligned with US business hours.

The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for end-to-end team management, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing coaching through call and email review. The role requires a candidate with strong analytical skills who can diagnose performance gaps, set sales targets, and drive team growth in a fast-paced environment.

4+ Years of experience in sales with a track record of exceeding targets
2+ Years of experience managing and coaching sales teams
Experience hiring and interviewing Sales Executives or similar roles
Proven ability to train salespeople through call and deal reviews
Experience diagnosing performance issues and creating actionable solutions
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
