NICE is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to architect and deliver production-ready conversational AI agents for enterprise clients, working remotely within the USA.

In this role, you will own the entire lifecycle of AI agents, from early pilot stages to production launch and refinement. You will collaborate directly with decision-makers at leading enterprises to address complex challenges using agentic AI, while feeding field insights back into the core platform roadmap. The position requires a builder's mentality and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments while shipping scalable solutions.

Ability to work face-to-face with customers to unpack problems and deliver solutions

Clear and direct communication skills for both engineering and executive audiences
