Uscreen is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to manage customer launches for their video membership platform while utilizing AI to optimize workflows. This is a 100% remote role available to candidates worldwide.
As an Onboarding Specialist at Uscreen, you will act as the primary point of contact for new creators, managing a portfolio of 50-80 accounts simultaneously. You will leverage AI-assisted tools to streamline communications, training, and technical support, ensuring customers successfully launch and scale their video businesses. This role requires a balance of project management, platform technical expertise, and a proactive approach to fostering long-term customer success.
