Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer for the Pyroscope team, focusing on distributed database development and performance engineering.

As a member of the Pyroscope team, you will lead end-to-end projects for continuous profiling, from architecture design to operational support. You will collaborate closely with other squad members to enhance ingestion, storage, and query capabilities while driving open-source community engagement. The role requires a high degree of autonomy and product ownership, as there are no dedicated product managers.
