Monzo is seeking a Director of Data to lead the payments data strategy and team. This is a fully remote role based in the UK.

As the Director of Data for Payments, you will shape Monzo's global payments strategy, overseeing data infrastructure and analytics to drive product and commercial outcomes. You will lead a multidisciplinary data team and partner closely with product and engineering leaders to scale Monzo's payment capabilities as the company expands into new markets.
