Arketa is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to develop AI-driven automation products for fitness studios in a fully remote U.S.-based role.

In this individual contributor role, you will lead the development of customer-facing AI products and improve the engineering team's velocity by building agentic loops and internal developer tools. You will work within a small, senior, and distributed team to modernize core architecture and mentor other engineers in a high-autonomy, fast-paced environment.
