Ōura is hiring a Staff AI Scientist to lead the end-to-end development of AI and LLM initiatives within their Health Intelligence team, specifically for candidates residing in the United States.

As a Staff AI Scientist, you will bridge the gap between classical machine learning, backend engineering, and generative AI to enhance the Oura experience. You will own high-impact P1 initiatives, mentoring team members and driving evaluation rigor to optimize user personalization, while shipping production-ready systems that support millions of users.
