Pleo is seeking a hands-on Lead Security Operations Engineer to define and execute its SecOps roadmap, detection engineering, and incident response strategy.

In this high-autonomy role, you will build and own the security operations capability end-to-end, protecting a rapidly growing fintech platform. You will collaborate with Fraud, DevSecOps, and Engineering teams to scale SIEM architecture, improve on-call models, and mentor security engineers while establishing standardized security frameworks.

Experience defining SecOps roadmaps aligned with NIST and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks
Proven ability to automate detection and response workflows using code
