Compliance and Security Lead

Ada is seeking a Senior Compliance and Security Lead to manage its security compliance program, including audits and vendor risk, with a primary focus on automating control monitoring.

In this senior role, you will lead the company's end-to-end security compliance, including SOC 2, PCI, and AIUC audit readiness. You will be responsible for automating evidence collection via Drata, maintaining the company's trust center, and serving as the primary security contact for enterprise customers. The position requires translating evolving AI regulations into technical requirements while driving the shift from seasonal audit cycles to continuous compliance.
