NICE is seeking an AI Solution Strategist to lead the development and launch of conversational AI agents for German-based customers. This is a fully remote role requiring fluency in German and strong experience bridging business strategy with technical AI execution.
The AI Solution Strategist will operate at the intersection of product strategy, pre-sales, and customer success, managing the lifecycle of complex AI agentic projects. The role involves translating business requirements into high-performing conversational AI, while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to ensure successful deployment at scale. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, using performance data to iterate on agent behavior and outcomes.
