Chime is seeking a Senior Manager for Global Workforce Planning & Transformation to optimize staffing and operations for their customer support organization. This is a fully remote role based in the USA.

In this leadership position, you will oversee forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce optimization for a team supporting over 4,000 global agents. You will partner with cross-functional teams including Finance and Analytics to drive operational efficiency through the implementation of AI and automation.
