The VP of Franchise Operations will lead operational strategy for the Superior Fence & Rail franchise system. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the United States.

In this executive role, the VP will oversee financial objectives, franchisee performance, and the growth of the commercial division. The position requires strong leadership in developing high-performing teams and ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of Empower Brands across its multi-unit portfolio.
