The Senior Specialist, Employee Relations - EMEA will manage global employee exits and provide relations support within a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end offboarding processes, ensure legal compliance across international jurisdictions, and advise clients on complex employment matters. You will contribute to process automation and product development while working autonomously within a global team. The position requires strong expertise in HR advisory and the ability to handle sensitive employee relations with professionalism.
