The CX Operations Manager, Tooling will own and improve the Zendesk and Vitally platforms for a fully remote, global company with a preference for applicants in Europe or the Americas.
In this role, you will manage, automate, and integrate the tooling stack utilized by the Customer Experience organization to ensure seamless operations. You will balance hands-on configuration with strategic documentation and cross-functional collaboration to scale support workflows efficiently. The position requires a technical mindset for API and webhook usage as well as a strong operational background in CX.
