The Onboarding Operations Specialist will manage the end-to-end employee onboarding lifecycle for the APAC region within a fully remote, async-first environment in Thailand.
In this role, you will lead the onboarding journey by ensuring compliance, managing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Payroll and Benefits. You will contribute to process improvements, data integrity, and automation initiatives while maintaining high standards of accuracy in employment contracts. The position requires a proactive, tech-savvy professional capable of working autonomously within a global, distributed team.
