Axle is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to develop agentic AI systems for rare disease research at the NIH, available fully remotely within the United States.
In this role, you will design and deploy multi-turn LLM workflows that convert clinical conversations into validated structured data. You will collaborate with NIH program staff and geneticists, ensuring system reliability through rigorous evaluation, logging, and engineering standards, while maintaining end-to-end ownership of your services.
