Consensys is hiring a senior HR systems professional to own the ADP Workforce Now ecosystem and related People Operations data initiatives. This role is fully remote for candidates based in the USA, Canada, and LATAM.
As the primary subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now, you will manage system health, configurations, and complex integrations while ensuring SOX-ready compliance. You will act as the bridge between People, Finance, and Legal departments, taking full ownership of HRIS project lifecycles from initial stakeholder requirements to final documentation.
