Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Product Analyst based in the USA within the Eastern time zone to support their AI organization with KPI measurement and product analytics.

As a Staff Product Analyst, you will act as a strategic partner to the AI team, influencing product decisions through experiment design, instrumentation, and data modeling. You will work cross-functionally to define success metrics for AI features like Grafana Assistant and Agent Observability while shaping long-term analytics strategy.
