As a Staff Product Analyst, you will influence the long-term vision for product analytics, design experiments, and develop models to support AI-driven features like Grafana Assistant. The role involves high cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, and product teams to translate data into actionable product strategies.

Experience partnering across product and engineering organizations

Proficient in writing complex and efficient SQL

Experience writing dbt models and using product analytics tooling

Experience using AI-assisted coding tools for analysis and development
