Tailscale is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Partner based remotely in Canada to build and scale their recruiting systems and analytical reporting. Candidates can apply directly through Tailscale's application portal.

In this role, you will administer and optimize Tailscale's recruiting technology stack, with a focus on tools like Greenhouse and ModernLoop. You will build dashboards to track key metrics such as pipeline health and funnel performance, partner with talent acquisition coordinators to streamline scheduling workflows, and lead operational programs from planning to implementation.

Amit hozol magaddal

3+ Years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, recruiting coordination, People Operations, or a related operational role
Hands-on experience administering and improving Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies such as Greenhouse, ModernLoop, or similar
Strong operational and project management skills with experience designing processes and improving workflows
Strong analytical skills and comfort building reports, working with recruiting metrics, and translating data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills to work effectively across TA, People, Finance, IT, and Legal.
