Tailscale is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer based in Canada to identify and engage exceptional talent across technical and business functions. This is a 100% remote position offering equity and comprehensive benefits.

As a senior individual contributor, you will design and execute advanced sourcing strategies, partnering with TA leaders and hiring managers. You will leverage market intelligence and sourcing data to map talent pools, champion inclusive hiring practices, and engage passive candidates across Engineering, Product, and executive searches.
