Ōura is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead marketing data strategy and build AI-enabled decision systems from a fully remote position within the United States.

This role involves partnering with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to translate marketing data into strategic business outcomes, including spend allocation and channel measurement. You will build end-to-end data products, lead causal inference projects, and operationalize AI/ML models to improve marketing efficiency at a global health-tech company.

6+ Years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics
Strong domain experience supporting Marketing, Growth, or Retail functions
Proven experience building marketing data science solutions such as spend optimization or incrementality approaches
Strong proficiency in SQL (dbt) and Python
Hands-on experience with modern cloud and data platforms such as Databricks, AWS, or Snowflake
Proven ability to translate complex analytical work into clear recommendations for stakeholders
