The Congressional Budget Office is seeking a remote Full-Stack Drupal Web Developer based in the US to support its public-facing website and digital platforms.

The Web Developer is responsible for the configuration, development, and maintenance of CBO's Drupal-based website and digital infrastructure. The role involves building the content management system, creating custom modules and themes, managing third-party integrations, and ensuring overall scalability, accessibility, and security in a LAMP stack environment.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of professional experience specifically in Drupal web development within LAMP stack environments, or an associate’s degree with seven years of experience
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, bash/shell scripting, JavaScript, and jQuery
Strong experience with Drupal theming, including Twig templates, theme hooks, render arrays, and preprocess functions
Strong knowledge of OOP, PHP, Symfony, and MySQL/MariaDB in Drupal CMS environments
Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident residing in the United States
Ability to submit a portfolio with links to a Drupal site developed within the past 12 months or code samples on GitHub
