Handle customer questions and escalations across phone, email and chat while improving service processes. This temporary Europe-remote role pays EUR 33,000–42,000.
You will split time between calls and written support, resolve standard and complex cases, and track service metrics such as CSAT and first response time. FINN is looking for an empathetic, resilient support professional with German at C2 level, English at B2 level and confidence using modern ticketing and AI-assisted tools.
