Engineering Manager, Tenant Scale:Git

GitLab is hiring an Engineering Manager for their Tenant Scale:Git team to oversee the maintenance and scaling of the Git version control system. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Canada, the United Kingdom, or the United States.

You will manage a team of senior and staff engineers focused on upstream Git development and foundational performance improvements. The role requires a strong technical background in low-level infrastructure and the ability to foster a culture of technical rigor, ownership, and clear accountability in an asynchronous, distributed environment.
