SOFTGAMES is hiring a Senior Game Designer to manage economy, progression, and monetization systems for their casual mobile games in a fully remote, global role.
As a Senior Game Designer at SOFTGAMES, you will take ownership of the long-term evolution of successful F2P titles. Your focus will be on balancing complex game economies, designing engaging player motivation loops, and utilizing data to optimize KPIs like ARPDAU and retention. You will collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive LiveOps events and feature rollouts.
