Snowflake is seeking a Senior Certification Development Program Manager to lead technical assessment architecture, exam development, and psychometric validation for the global SnowPro certification program.

This role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of technical certification releases, including designing performance-based lab assessments and directing subject matter experts. You will collaborate with psychometricians and delivery vendors to ensure exam quality, security, and alignment with the evolving Snowflake AI Data Cloud platform.
