Abnormal is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the North Central and Northwest US regions to manage enterprise client relationships and drive platform adoption. This is a 100% remote role based in the USA.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison for enterprise clients, focusing on strategic relationship building, onboarding, and platform value delivery. You will work cross-functionally to manage escalations, monitor customer health, and communicate ROI through QBRs to ensure long-term retention and growth.
