AlphaSense is seeking a Security Operations Analyst II to work fully remotely within Canada, with a requirement to work in the Pacific time zone.

In this role, you will handle alert triage, perform structured investigations across endpoint, network, and cloud sources, and contribute to detection quality. You will join a mature security operations team, requiring analytical thinking and independence to investigate escalated cases and support incident response efforts.

2–4+ Years of hands-on experience in a SOC or security operations role
Solid understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework
Working knowledge of EDR tooling and endpoint artifact interpretation
Familiarity with SIEM-based investigation and log correlation
Understanding of foundational network protocols including TCP/IP and DNS
Exposure to cloud security monitoring in AWS or GCP environments
