AlphaSense is hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to manage end-to-end evidence collection and auditor engagement, focusing on AI-augmented compliance workflows for a 100% remote role based in India.

The Senior Compliance Analyst will serve as the primary operational liaison for external auditors, ensuring readiness for ISO 27001, SOC 2, and ISO 42001 certifications. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to replace manual GRC processes with automated, AI-driven workflows while maintaining rigorous documentation standards.

Amit hozol magaddal

6+ Years of experience in GRC, information security, or IT audit
Strong understanding of SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF 2.0
Proficiency with GRC platforms like Drata, Vanta, or AuditBoard
Experience supporting external audits and control walkthroughs
AI-native mindset utilizing LLMs for evidence gathering and workflow automation
Working knowledge of GDPR and CCPA/CPRA privacy requirements
