Grafana Labs is hiring a senior-level recruiter to manage full-cycle sales recruitment for candidates based in the UK, Ireland, or Spain.
In this 100% remote position, you will own the end-to-end hiring process for sales roles, from sourcing passive talent to offer generation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers, ensuring data accuracy in Greenhouse and maintaining rigorous process documentation within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
