Perspectives Climate Group is seeking a People Operations Specialist to manage HR processes independently for their team, working 100% remotely from Germany.

As a People Operations Specialist, you will oversee payroll preparation for Germany and Belgium, manage the employee lifecycle, and serve as the main point of contact for internal HR queries. You will play a key role in structuring HR systems, ensuring data quality, and coordinating with management to optimize administrative workflows.
