Sr Customer Success Manager (Armis/Veza)

ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager to drive adoption of the Armis and Veza platforms for platinum-level clients. This remote role is open to candidates based in the USA and Canada.

As a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary business liaison between platinum customers and cross-functional internal teams, including Engineering and Product Management. You will be responsible for hands-on technical delivery, configuration, and strategic alignment of the Armis platform to customer CISO goals. The role requires balancing high-level relationship management with deep technical expertise in network security and OT/ICS environments.
