Engineering Manager - Ubuntu Security

Canonical is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their Ubuntu Security team in a fully remote, global capacity. You will manage engineers, drive vulnerability remediation, and collaborate on upstream open-source security projects.

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for the career growth and performance of a diverse team of security engineers ranging from graduate to senior levels. This role requires technical leadership in addressing CVEs and vulnerabilities within the Ubuntu ecosystem, alongside managing projects that protect the open-source community. You will act as a key representative of the team to stakeholders and partners, ensuring engineering excellence and disciplined process implementation.
