Canonical is hiring a globally remote Cloud Solutions Architect for their Alliances team to work with major technology partners.

This role involves working with global partners like Intel and Google to integrate Canonical's open source technologies into their ecosystems. You will act as a senior technical consultant, solving complex infrastructure challenges across public and private cloud environments. The position requires a deep technical background and the ability to articulate business value in technical terms.

Deep understanding of Ubuntu, Linux, networking and services in real-world environments

Proficiency in integrating open source software such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Cassandra, and NGINX
Ability to design and architect joint technical solutions on public clouds and in data centers
Experience defining go-to-market programs with partners from a technical standpoint
