AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead regional hiring strategies and manage recruiting teams in India.

This role involves shaping India-specific hiring strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and partnering with regional senior leadership to ensure talent acquisition goals align with global revenue objectives. The successful candidate will drive performance across both tech and non-tech hiring while personally executing critical leadership-level searches.
