Sourcegraph is hiring a Customer Success Manager to manage enterprise accounts and drive product adoption across their developer-focused AI tools.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end post-sales relationship for a book of 20-30 accounts, actively analyzing product telemetry and leading technical trainings. You will work closely with Account Executives and Field Engineers to manage the transition toward consumption-based models while advocating for customer needs internally.
