Bloomreach is hiring a Senior Account Manager to drive growth and manage strategic enterprise accounts across the Americas market in a virtual-first environment.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead account planning and nurture executive-level relationships to secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities. You will collaborate with internal teams and partners to demonstrate SaaS investment ROI, operating with an outcome-oriented approach to drive customer success and revenue growth.

5+ Years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales or Consulting

Proven history of hitting and exceeding sales quotas

Experience with Martech, Ad Tech, Search, Commerce, AI or Digital Experience

Executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders

Proficient in CRM and forecasting tools
