Canonical is seeking a Senior Linux Support Engineer to manage enterprise Ubuntu desktop and server issues remotely from Singapore.

The successful candidate will own technical support cases from qualification through to resolution, working directly with enterprise clients via ticketing, phone, and remote sessions. The role involves managing complex Linux environments, contributing to the knowledge base, and participating in a weekend rotation within a distributed APAC team.
