TE Connectivity is seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead recruitment coordination operations for North America and Latin America while based in Mexico.

The supervisor will manage a team of coordinators, ensuring operational excellence across the recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling and ATS management. This role serves as an escalation point for complex issues and drives process standardization and reporting for the LATAM and NA regions.

Ability to manage and report on recruitment SLAs and operational metrics
Experience partnering with cross-functional HR stakeholders and hiring managers
