Remote is hiring a Benefits Operations Specialist for the EMEA region to manage global benefits plans and EOR operations. This is a fully remote, full-time position for future strategic growth.
As an individual contributor within the EOR Operations team, you will support employees and clients by managing benefit enrollments, billing, and claims. You will play a key role in developing Standard Operating Procedures and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the global customer experience.
