GitLab is seeking an AI Transformation Owner to drive AI strategy and agent-based process optimization within their Product & Design function, remote for candidates in Canada, the UK, or the US.

The AI Transformation Owner acts as an internal product manager, identifying operational bottlenecks and building no-code/low-code AI agents to improve efficiency. You will partner with Enterprise AI engineers to bridge the gap between business context and technical implementation, manage a network of internal Champions, and own the full adoption lifecycle of AI-driven solutions.
